Job Title: Designer of Memorable Moments – Client care representative, designing and fulfilling orders.

Job Description

The primary responsibility entrusted to the Designer of Memorable Moments is to ensure daily success for The Gift Designers by serving our guests in fulfilling orders, dialoguing maintaining the organization and cleanliness of both our design and show rooms, and other tasks as required. As a member of our dynamic Design Team, this role engages with our most valued guests, all team members, and reports directly to the Supervisor / Manager.

This is a junior, part time position with opportunities for growth and advancement along with the growth of The Gift Designers. Additional hours are extended during peak season.

Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Mastery of the Order Desk, ensuring that our guest experience is exceptional and comparable to none
• Open & close procedures
• Daily follow up calls with guests to help the company gauge experience, systems, services & opportunities... our systems and services
• Fulfilment of the entire gift design process, completing orders in a timely and efficient manner
• Building and wrapping gifts and gift baskets
• Daily delivery management: assigning & scheduling Ambassadors, liaising & confirming delivery timeframes with gift recipients, tracking, etc.
• Design & “Show” room maintenance; assist with inventory tasks, cleaning, other duties as assigned
• Regular outbound warm & cold calling, responding to inbound leads, follow up calls and email campaigns
• Able to lift boxes with weight of up to 40lbs

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual who takes pride in accomplishing daily tasks autonomously and according to company standards with consistency. • Proven experience in customer service (minimum 2 years is preferred)
• Demonstrated ability and comfort with supporting customers over the phone
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Goal oriented with the capacity to take initiative and work independently
• High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to learn and adapt quick to new software
• Proven dexterity with a flair for the creative

Starting Hourly Range: $17-18/hour

Job Location: 5718 Burbank Crescent SE Calgary, AB T2H 1Z6

Current shift availability (Monday - Friday): Full Time/ Part Time
