About Us
The act of 'Giving' is one of the
great characteristics of human beings. It is a
characteristic of fellow Calgarians whose generosity is evident
by the devotion of themselves, their time and energy, as well as
their resources.
Winston
Churchill believed that "we make a living by what we get, but we
make a life by what we give".
 Giving is an act
of our will to show our appreciation to another person, group or
family for what they contribute to our lives, our families, our
communities and our businesses.
Giving enriches the life
of the Giver, not just the Recipient. "I have found that
among its other benefits, giving liberates the soul of the
giver", Dr. Maya Angelou.
Starting in January of 2002, The Gift Designers emerged as a
business that would
serve Calgarians by helping companies and individuals find the
perfect gift that expresses gratitude, congratulations,
fondness, love, sympathy, and more and our business is evolving
to serve people and businesses throughout the world. We
are blessed to operate a business that works on behalf of the
generosity
 of
the people of our City, and our World. Although selecting
the perfect gift is just one of the ways we as humans choose to
give in our everyday lives, it remains our commitment to help
you find a gift that accurately expresses your generosity.
